    FS-534 jam 72-17

Getting this jam in all modes staple sort ect. happens maybe once every 50 sheets sometimes more sometimes less. paper is stopping at the receiving roller. Have cleaned all the rollers in the finisher and checked the sensor states. Anyone seen this or something similar.

Just ran into similar issue today. If you have a hole punch installed, take a look at the mylars that guide the paper over the punch dies. This one must have been put in after a 4 drink lunch. You cant really see the mylar until you take the black bottom section off (3 #1 Phillips screws). Emujo

This has been resolved finisher entrance sensor was covered in paper dust. Tested good in service mode but would cause the jam intermittenly. Hope it saves someone the time it took me to figure it out.

The mylar on the FS input can tear causing 72-17s, as well as the input sensor mentioned.

            Thanks to all.
