Bizhub 501 fax issue

I have a bizhub 501 that won't fax out, unless you go to unhook and dial directly and hit start. The fax will not pick up any incoming calls. When faxing out (not direct dialing using the unhook feature) I get a failure screen that says " The job has been deleted due to insufficient memory".
This fax was previously working. I have replaced the entire fax unit, and reset all fax parameters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Still working on this problem. I think it might be the compact flash (since this machine does not have a hard drive) and I think the fax memory is stored on the flash. Has anybody else had any issues with this card? If I were to replace it what procedures would I have to take?
