Hello,

I just got my hands on a bizhub 200. Now when setting up scan to email, I couldn't add users. It seems that the menu to do so just doesn't exist! I searched everywhere for a solution but had no luck finding one. SMTP authentication wasn't on but I was able to fix that with a hex key.

Do you guys have any idea on what the problem is here? There are some users in the system from the previous owner.

should be able to under the fax/scan tab on the web tools. just add new registration and choose e-mail.

Thank you. I was able to add emails but couldn't get emails to work. Ended up using scan to folder which works perfectly.
