Hi,Guys
We have a problem about scan ftp on windows 8.1 for Our client,
Problem Description
1. We have bizhub c360 and bizhub c35
2. Client use notebook windows 8.1 enterprise install FTP Utility and setting root folder same for scan FTP of
the two models
3. We have registered with use destination same for scan FTP of C360,C35
4. bizhub C360 can scan completed but bizhub C35 scan not complete.
Client previously used windows 7 it scan completed.
The two models is in network system same just changed OS only,scan to host same.
