Our ground resistent is of 5.18 ohms
Is that suficient...and if not....how would that affect the equipment

Developer BIAS? Drum Ground, Electrical ground? Need more info

Its the grounding of the the equipment.
We have install 4 javelins 3 meters long and because of the gravel underneath we cant get less than 5.18 ohms resistants

Sounds like you are talking about earth ground for the power outlet. Have no idea how you would accurately measure the actual resistance to earth. But, I always thought that somewhere between the transformer and the outlet the neutral and ground were brought together. Perhaps near the circuit box or meter. If you are measuring between neutral and ground at the outlet, that sounds very high. I would expect it to be less than 1 ohm.
