C652 wrinkle/crease intermittent

Hey all I have a tough one here.

C652 with 1.2 million. Leaves creases/wrinkles everytime on 11x17, and once every one hundred or so on letter paper. It is on lead edge primarily and kind of dog ears the corner on 11x17

I have tried new fusing unit, I have also replaced the whole right side door, but to no avail.

Has anyone experienced this issue with this series?

Update:

I moved the 11x17 from tray 2 to tray 1, and no more wrinkle/crease/ and no dog ears from that media anymore.

I know there is still an issue somewhere but i cant find it specifically.

The tray 2 feed unit has 2000 on it, not much at all, and the wrinkling happens after registration but before being fused...wtf?!
