Hi,

I keep having the same paper jam at the fusing unit entrance, If I clean it a bit, It will print one or two pages and then start jamming all over again, I have ordered both upper and lower fuser rollers but I would like some feedback to see if the problem might be somewhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Make sure you replace the bearings in the fuser when you replace the upper and lower rollers. Also, since it jams when entering the fuser make sure the registration clutch and all the brass bushings throughout the transfer unit are clean and properly lubed.

I only once had that the guide rail mounted at the entrance (underside) of the fuser was deformed causing the jams.

Jip probably the bushings on the registration. Had that a couple of times.

I would replace the reg clutch after ensuring it has the same jam from all trays. Usually if the reg is slipping you can see the image track off the page. Run F-12 test prints to check image location.

Also, unclip the registration housing and blow out the registration sensor. It gets dusty and causes intermittent jamming in this area.
