It never boots up. You get the two shark fins, and that's it.

I've tracked it back to:
Main Relay Signal: 0.07vdc ON to 4.88vdc OFF (CN3-7 @PRCB, CN009-6 @PS)
Driver Relay2 Signal: 0vdc ON to 5.21vdc OFF (CN3-5 @PRCB, CN009-8 @PS)

It loses all the 24.2vdc supply voltages for 5 second intervals. Removing all the 24 volt loads doesn't make any difference, so I do not suspect a dead short.
The 5.1vdc supply voltages stay steady.

I came to the conclusion that the PRCB circuitry that controls the relays has failed. Can anybody confirm my theory? =^..^=

Are you sure your not just experiencing a failed SSD ?

endless Self restarting at double shark fins are the symptoms.

I would replace the SSD before going any further.

usually this is the ssd (nvram to us older folk) that has gone deep south. You will need an open ticket with SSD and an act of god to get a new one.

Jip SSD. Must read manual before you swop any boards on this beast. Do not use a used SSD!! Then load all firmware in the Right odder. then make sure SSD update is done ver 6.05 .

Bad SSD board usually results in the MFP re-booting shortly after power on. In my cases, the MFP never made it to the 2 pillars (shark fins). But I would try the SSD update tool 1st, this will get the SSD board to latest version and tell you if it has a problem. After SSD update, you must reload latest firmware. I would also look at the machine type selection at the 1st screen to be sure you don't have the wrong board type selected. If all this fails, my next step would be SSD board, then MFP board. Emujo

Somehow I'd managed to avoid changing SSD's up until now. Thanks for all the responses. =^..^=

Definite ssd I'm sure. Have changed about two dozen myself.

You have to create support ticket and they will approve your ability to order it.

After you install the SSD plug in the USB firmware stick before you power on. Be patient as it could take up to 15 min before firmware screen comes up. Load firmware then it should be OK.

Normally the email tx settings have to be entered back in from my experience.
