Customer says it is taking a very long time for
scans to be transmitted.Could take a 1/2 hour or
sometimes not show up in desktop scans folder until
next day! Sometimes have to scan 3 or 4 times for it to go through. Getting progressively worse as time goes by.

SMB scanning with standard controller, no fiery.

Any help appreciated

Same thing reported on a C353 about a week before Hard Drive failed. Just a guess. I would take your laptop & test off network.

I saw this on another Konica Minolta machine and it was a refresh setting on the users permissions setting (server environment scanning to users doc folder located on server).

Turn off IPv6 on the mfp, unless they are using it obviously. Turned it off at certain places and it helped with hiccups regarding some networks. Just a thought.
