I have clients that are having lots of issues with the inability to print from Firefox, any suggestions? They are running Konica Minolta Bizhub C360 series.

double check the print settings for Fire Fox and also double check tour default print settings in the driver.
If they are using the Universal print driver it will cause issues in printing from Fire Fox, make sure you have the correct driver installed.
Are they using the PS, PCL or XPS driver?
