Hi
I have a canon IR2200 calling error code 000019-0000
I cleared it last week and it came back again. I cleared it again but I have the feeling it will come back again. It looks like the fuser has something wrong with it. Please let me know what fuser component it could be. I would greatly appreciate it:)

Error code E000019-0000 is a waste toner full error, so to get rid of this error you remove the waste toner bottle which is located left rear side of the machine and dispose the waste toner and dont forget to clean the neck of the bottle because the waste toner might obstract the toner sensor passege and then switch off then on and you are up and runin.

Will someone elaborate on the procedures for this? For example I can't find where the tone receptacle is in the back of my IR2200.

Can you give a bit more direction as to where the waste toner receptical is? I've looked behind every thing I can open or unscrew. I've always thought myself handy, and this is probably simple but I just can't find it.

It is on the left lower corner just left of the big door that opens up there is a screw in the upper right corner of the cover..it is about 4 inchs wide and 7 inchs tall...think I screwed you up it is the left side of machine..
You have to open the door for the fuser to get it out..

Check all connectors that were remove and make sure there seated properly.
The connector is a six pin connector with two yellow and two orange wires going into it. Its on right side of the fixing assembly
Sometime you might have replace the whole fixing assy to get rid of the error code. Part# FM2-3346-000.

Get a plastic trash bag, this could get messy ;) Also make sure you power down from the switch on the back-bottom right.

If the very top-left of the printer is the first level, then it's located on the third level. There is a "hidden" screw on the front left side (under a small gray circle cover about 1/2"). Remove the panel. This also could be looked at as the 5th paper drawer (if there was one). The actual container is located on the right, remove and place container in the bottom of the trash bag. Shake gently and dump the excess in the trash bag. The black tray that holds the container is actually a scale -sensor. When this gets weighted down, the error "e000019-0000" is reported. Good Luck!

Ah, guy:

1. He said he found it.
2. The picture and your instructions ARE NOT for a 2200. Earlier posts told him (AND HE FOUND) the right place.

Nice try though.
