If it has a controller it sounds like someone ran the reformat option on the X3E:o, which as I recall gives you the perpetual boot screen........ if indeed the case reload system software or what EFI refers to as system code.

Powering the Fiery down improperly can cause the unit to fail giving you this message also. At best, the OS needs reloaded. Possibly, and in my opinion more than likely, the hard drive will need replaced for it to be operational.

i have seen this many times this fiery is very flaky and has a tendancy for the system software to fail. if turned off and on quickly it will fail. you nedd to reload system software. one other thing it could be is a corrupt file sent to it which means you have to try and clear server.

Oil supply roller changed per message.
Now see code C13CB.
How do I over-ride and/or reactivate unit to run again?
thanx, JB:confused:

Open and close the front panel to reset the error code. The code is for the oil unit you just replaced. Take the unit out and make sure it's installed properly. Also check for any visible damage to the unit.

check the reset fuse in oil supply unit it should be 1/2 amp or lower

also, check to see if it is burned or not. Sometimes, the fuses are badly calibrated, if this is the case, try with a new one.
