Konica Minolta Status Notifications " Installed Place"

Hi

When we receive Total Counter it shows the client name and place but for Status Notifications we are just receiving the messages as follows: (Only IP address is mentioned but Installed Place is empty.


Occurred Time :06/11/2014 13:11:47


Installed Place :
IP Address :192.168.5.150
Error : Toner empty.

Please advise where to record the installed place?

Pagescope where u select the schedule for counter notification. the first field on the page you ca put in a description.

Yes counter list but not status notifications...

this can be found>>Administrator>>Network settings>>http server settings

On the newer Konica Minolta's the Installed place is located in the "Admin>Network>IPP>IPP Printer Location".
