Hello, Iīve just replaced transfer belt and 4 imaging units of a Bizhub C250. Initial prints had longitudinal clearer areas so Iīve cleaned all PH / laser units with the jig. After that all colors where fine and image perfect but now some sort o patterned background appeared. Itīs not a usual foggy background thatīs evenly distributed. You can see on the picture attached. This pattern is lighter on normal paper but is darker (like the picture) on thick glossy paper.
Iīve tried the following:
- Gradation and resolution adjutments
- Decreased D max density
- Decreased Background voltage margin to a less foggy background

Someone has some other suggestion for me to try? Thanks

I hate to say this after all that money, but it looks like an MFP board to me.:(

I tend to agree.

You get similar marks on C360 series except they look like hieroglyphics.

Try reseating all connectors including RAM, NV RAM etc.

Thanks guys. Iīll do some more tests and come back with results. I tried swap IU Black with an older one just to check, and same problem. Iīve opened the machine many times to change motor M1 so Iīll check the flat cables as well.

Problem solved. Cleanned the RAM memory contacts and flat cables. Everything works fine now. Thanks for the help.
