Looking for a reliable parts source for Konica Minolta. I need a CID for a C25, (I believe the PN is A2YFPP1100). Thanks. Jeff M.

Precision Roller - Printer Toner Cartridges, Parts and Supplies, Office Supplies, Electronics and Tools (http://www.precisionroller.com) Don't have that p/n in their system but they can normally get just about any part.

Yeah, I had looked on PR, and the part number didn't come up, so that's why I was looking for another source. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't come up on the site because it hasn't been ordered from them before. Once you order one it will probably show up. I would give them a call. Good luck.

Why not call up a local KonMin dealer and ask if they can order it for you? Pretty sure it would be less expensive this way.

Normally, that's what I would do, but the local KonMin dealer is somewhat less than helpful to other dealers..... and no, it's not just towards me! Why is Konica Minolta so difficult to get parts for? Doesn't seem like it should be this hard.....

ARC Services Co. - Konica Minolta Copiers, Parts, and Supplies, Imaging Units, Toner (http://www.arcservicesco.com/) and ACM Technologies, Inc. (http://www.acmtech.com/index.aspx) I have used both of them and precision.

Thanks, appreciate the response. I didn't think of ACM. I'll try them first.
