4820W lines

The day other an issue began with our only 4820W in the field. The unit has 27,000 lineal feet printed and has worked flawlessly since we installed. There are several intermittent vertical lines when printing. The scanning side is working fine. On any other machine I would attribute the lines to a dirty/failing main charge corona. In removing and cleaning the charge wires there appeared to be no improvement. The service manual and tech support have not really been much help. Ideas? Hoping someone with more experience (that wouldn't take much) could help a guy out.

Are the lines lead to trail or side to side,

After going back in and realizing I didn't actually clean the charge grid and corona wires the lines were eliminated. the right end of the grid was dusted with toner/dev and I recall reading about this situation on another site. Not sure if there is a fix to prevent the dusting and would definitely appreciate any input with regard to this machine.

Also anyone with any tips one this machine I would appreciate the insight.
