C6757: CCD power-supply voltage malfunction

Description: Power is not supplied to CCD after the lapse of a given period of time after the main power switch or power key is turned ON or the machine recovers from the sleep mode

Check:
• CCD board (CCDB)
• Scanner drive board (SCDB)
• DC power supply (DCPU)

Clean optics spotless.
Clean platen glass spotless
Clean background white plate (on ADF) spotless.
Do Non-image area in service mode.
Advise priceless
