    C203 receive email

    I have a customer with a BH C203 and he wants it to be able to receive emails. Is this possible? Is it as easy as setting up the POP3 settings in the machine? I have never had this request before so I am not sure how to proceed.

      It will print the attachment if it is in right format. With the new machines you can even send a file via ftp. if you have say 2 c35 machines and you setup the one machine with a ftp scan address that points to the other machine it prints on the other one.

          I can get the machine to recognize the fact that there is an e-mail coming in, but, it will not print anything. I just get an "incorrect file attachment" error along with a N53.
          I get this same error whether I send an attachment or not.
          I have tried multiple formats (eg) Word, PDF and tiff.
          I'm not sure if this is a machine issue or an Outlook issue.
          Any help is appreciated
