Hi all

I have the Develop Ineo +353 and doesn't recognize all drums and all toners. It stared when I tried to replace the cyan drum and load new cyan toner. All the part are original Develop.

I closed the power; I pulled out toners & drums and installed again but no luck.

I personally would be suspicious of a blown icp on the printer control board.

also make sure none of the chip contacts are mangled.

System 1->Initialization ->error clear if no luck then data clear. did both at the same time and that work. please let me know.

All contacts seems OK. The machine warned me about the drum that I need to replace it a 3 weeks ago. When toner became empty I replaced both. The loading procedure started but never completed. I opened the door pooled out the drum & toner (booth Cyan) installed again and then started not recognized all the drums and toners.

Could you be more specific please. How I go there?

Are you a tech? do you know how to access techrep mode? utility -> counter -> details -> "stop 0 0 stop 0 1" -> system 1 -> initialization ->error clear then data clear.

I'm not a copymachine tech. I'm the owner and the technicians are far far away.

I've all the above steps but I get the same message.

I've made all the steps (reset). I noticed that when I made the resets (error clear then data clear same time) and open the main door to switch it off for one moment pop up again the same error.

I've spoke to a lot of people but no luck at all. Everyone said that the main board if off (or something like that).

I don't know what else to do...

Hello,

try a different cyan toner, I has seen this many times with non oem and its a corupt chip. If you still have the old parts put them back in and see if this error goes away.

paul.
