Hi all,
Another questions, this time related to the Status Notification.
We have all out customers setup so that it emails the companies dedicated operator whenever there is an issue with the machine i.e. Empty Paper, Low Toner etc.
We have never had a problem, and 90% of customers only have one machine per site and the others just identify via ip address. However we have had a request from one customer that we set the "Installed Place" name. We are however unable to find where this is inputted. We filled in the Machine Location in Machine Settings, this has however not copied across. The meter Count one give you a box, to name the machine.
