Konica Colorforce 8050 blue and red fine lines on a color prints

I get red and blue fine lines in the color printing.
The color photo or whatever prints, except I ALSO
get blue and red fine lines.

All black pages printed are fine

This happens when you change any board in the machine. The boards are serialized and can not be changed between machines.
