fuser for kyocera fsc5030n

how do you replace the fuser for the 5030n color printer i am not getting the correct pressure on one side. do you remove the back cover?

Just open the back door that allows access to remove jams and pop it off, it just has two pegs on either side it hinges on. Then remove the two silver screws and it will pull straight out, very simple. :)
