P-5 and P-21 have nothing directly to do with cyan. P-5 has to do with the front AIDC sensor. P-21 relates to an issue with a colour shift test pattern. So, you either have an AIDC sensor problem, or a transfer belt problem.
Hope this helps

Thanks for your quick reply. I will take out the transfer belt and clean it. i think it has a problem with cleaning it, but i will check it more carefully. Do you think that this bad print to black, caused by this problem?

Do the color units print similar output?
If your problem is only with the black unit you may need to clean the LED array that writes onto your black drum. It can get filmy and produce a faint black image.

You need to check up the cyan IU as that is whats missing. Either no supply of toner or the Cyan drum/dev unit is no good. Unfortunately you wont find out whether the Print head is good until you change the Cyan IU. Good luck.

Try and give the cyan iu a good shake and turn the dev gear to give it a start rotation!
