Panafax UF 8200

We are a Sharp dealer that have a few Panafax machines out in the field. I have one that flashes the energy save light and will not power up. The last time this happened to this machine we replaced the main board in it. The manual states that you can try flashing it first. It seams to be a cheaper alternative. The customer is not on contract, so i would like to keep cost down. The problem is we can not find the firmware online to flash it. Where can we get the firmware to try the update first?

I believe this is the stuff you need if you want to use it as a printer. I need the firmware.

This looks like where I need to go. I will see if anyone here has a user login, but I do not think so. We only have a few of these out in the field so I unfortunately don't think we are an authorized dealer.
