Bizhub shut down unexpectedly and after reset gives code C-3801. Is there a way to reset as it is off lease?

you need to go into service mode-soft switch settings- Dipsw3 bit 1 should be '0'
This code has latched the copier and needs to be reset to re enable the copier.
There seems a problem with the fuser (normally low) it may be cold TH1 is worn or a lamp has blown
