Can't find out how to reset the fuser or laser counter on a bizhub 20P. Anyone got ideas? Is it like replacing IU (hold Go button 4 secs)?

Here is the answer, there is a utility at KonicaMinolta.com under utilities in One-Stop product support. The utility works in conjunction with small files also available in the same area of the website. Part of the problem may be that this is a re-branded Brother machine.
Download BrUsbSN_KonicaMinolta.zip and Replace.zip, and follow these instructions.

It is an HL-5380 cross reference. The reset is done with the maintenance utility on your computer. good luck

Look under the service manual for the HL-5370 and you will see the 5380 listed. I don't know why it is not listed, but it is there. Good luck
