BIZHUB c253 not starting (only sandglass)

my c253 not starting again..... just sandglass on display after switch machine on.....

I want to try nvram recovery, but I don not have the FW: A02E0Y0-F000-GCQ-J8(00).EXE

Can someone send me this file?
