Bizhub 42 losing network settings

I have a customer who repeatedly loses the same 2 network settings every couple of weeks. The administrator email address disappears, and the SMTP authentication is disabled. No apparent reason for it, and it's always the same 2 settings that spontaneously change.

I've replaced the MFP board (which comes with a new SSD board) but it keeps coming back. Any idea what this could be?

Could be some other IT guy messing with the machine. Change the admin password.
