Hi everyone,
I have customer with a konica c454 which has cyan toner sprinkling on edge of sra3 prints. Taking out the transfer belt reviels that there is a thick cyan dotted line along the rear side of the belt. This also scratches the belt.
This had happened many times and have replaced several transfers, cyan dev units and cyan drums.
Problem keeps reoccurring.
Just a side note... previous fault we had was cyan dev units flushing developer.
Which we thought was cured by installing a new HVT board.
