Check where the drum chip connects to the dev tank.

What this machine just shipped to you? It might of gotten twisted...causing the chip to not to align correctly.
Also, consider the Lock Plate mod (A00J P331 00) mod (or just put a PH cleaning pad from tray 1/2 between the latch and the IU)

Well...
The contacts on the IU are not making an adequate connection (somethign bent, broke, et cetera).
A wiring harness has been damaged.
You need to replace a board--I would suspect HV1 board, but if the Cyan IU is working that means the HV1 board is half-working??
(I am going off memory here--it might be the HV2 board for K and Cyan...)

Are u using the Right step screw to fix the IU in place, Got the wrong screws in there before causing the same thing. Push the Iu in place without the screw, close the machine up and see what happens.

Oops you already replaced a HV board.
Which one did you replace and was it replaced specifically due to the issue?

There is a High Voltage Board 1 (HV1) and a High Voltage Board 2 (HV2). If you replaced HV2 it would not help your issue.

I replaced the one with the K M C Y emblems on it
