What are you copying? It looks like you have just closed the ADF and made a copy of the platen cover. Same junk on both sheets of paper. If this is the case then clean the white cover. Emujo

Have you tried replacing the Cyan Imaging Unit?

Do a half tone at value "0" for cyan that would be interesting to see if it appears on there. Also what is your TCR% ? Could be a bad contact.

i don't know haw make - half tone at value "0".
and where can i'll search TCR?

I'm new in this machine system. please write me how make that steps.

Go to service mode -> Test mode -> Halftone pattern -> use number keys to change value and select cyan load paper and press start . useful to IU condition.

Go to SM -> State confirmation -> Level History 1 (note if no print have been made TCR values would be 0) a good Toner to Carrier Ratio is 6.5% toner but from 4% to 8% is acceptable.

"0" is supposed to create no image and "255" max density.

I did it. but when I scan. But after A scan, it will no longer be seen. there is little spots.

how can troubleshoot machine
