c6501 is it in finisher or main body?

I am getting a mixture of finisher jam codes from my fs-607 (j7216, j7222 mostly). Only running face down mode this jams and also folds some of the corners slightly.

Face up works completely fine and so does duplexed. This would tell me it is in the reverse section correct?

However when I take the finisher off and run face down I get no jams and no folded corners.

I'm thinking a firmware or communication bug because this isn't making sense to me.

If it was a finisher issue I'd expect it to also occur on duplex and face up.

If it was a main body issue I'd expect it would still do it when I remove the finisher?

The paper curl is slightly different using the different modes. The conners catch on face down because the curl it in the opposite direction? Check your centering.

Hi,
i would also check the height of the finisher compared with the main body. I agree with the previous comment that it would be a paper curl issue.
