We have zero of these guys out and had one come in today, it has a cd202 code which isn't even in my manual, I found through the service call counter that its some type of memory faux pas. Has anyone seen this problem? Any help would be appreciated!
CAUSE: Insufficient memory. SOLUTION: Please install 128MB memory (p/n U26-0250) in the slot.
It turns out one of the guys decided to pop out the memory.................. While the machine was on and took out the chip. I have one ordered so hopefully that will take care of it.
