Skews

[Frustrated inc]

We have a customer with a C35 ( NEC my office C350 ) Draw # 3 always skews Prints and Copy's , I replaced The whole Unit and still have problem , Please help. Thank you

If you do a little searching amongst the threads I think you'll find a thread talking about using shims to raise one side or the other, between the paper feed accessory and the base machine. I remember reading about it. =^..^=
