Colour profile / ice profile missing bizhub c500

This morning turned the printer on, printer started with its normal cycle and no issues or errors.

Loaded windows do as normal today and attempted to print when noticed no colour profiles are available.

I am unable to get a near colour match to previous jobs printed. Blues are coming out as purple. Skin colours are washed out and right.

I have tried reloading the drivers but I have no luck.

Bizhub c500 connected to windows xp. I am using the built in efi controller. (X3ty)

Any help / advise is much appreciated.

What version Windows are you running?
Does it do this with any program you are using?

Hi, I am using windows xp. I have just replaced this with a Mac and the profiles are all back. So I am assuming it was the windows computer that has the issue.
