Download it from mykonica/service/one stop product support and install it with a fat32 usb

The animation guide is the little sequence of clips to prompt your enduser in jam removal. It's stored on the HDD. So there are a couple of possibilities:

1) The HDD shows as "UnSet". I don't know why, but occasionally the HDD can become UnSet. Just change it to "Set".
2) Perhaps the HDD failed.
3) Did you format the HDD? If so, you erased the Animation Data, and the Address Book, and any User Boxes.

In cases #2 and #3 you'll need to either reformat or replace the HDD, reload the Movie Data, reconstruct the Addressbook and User Boxes.
If you didn't follow all that, please get a tech to do this for you. =^..^=

Where you unset/set the hdd its the same as formatting the hdd re-install the animation data and you should be good to go.
