formatting hdd on a c3350 query

Hi Folks
I have an engineer at a customer's mc which had an error on a hdd,we took the hdd off a new mc and swapped it over but is now coming up with a D091 error,anybody know how to format this drive on this mc.

How to format HDD:

Use Extra Service Mode:
1. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Power key.
2. Touch the password input area and using the keyboard on the screen, type the CE password.
(The initial setting for CE password is "92729272.")
3. Touch [OK].
4. The Extra Service Mode menu will appear.
