View Full Version : Jamming PC 407 on OCE4222 jams at 1st turn on/copy

Have tried 2 different 407s on this machine both act the same. tray 3 feeds,gets to 2 black rollers,stalls and make noise and jams. 1302 I think . Works now. Reboot and it works. TIA

Are you running plain stock. That is from the feed unit. Clean or replace rollers and clutches.

yes plain 20# paper. I have switched PC407 from another machine with same results. Tray 3 acts the same with different base?

we had put 420 print control pwb in it. looked same. put 421 in and ok now. ; )
