I have a customer that has a RP 3105 and needs some drums. I can get him drums but they are from a RP3700. I know this won't work because the RP3700 is HD while the 3105 is not. But it seems to me that I could make it work if I replaced the board, pump and ink tank with the 3105 parts? Also, does the color drums work with both the 3700 and 3105? I have been told they do but have not confirmed that yet. Any ideas? Thanks

I have never encountered the RP3105, so take this for what it is worth.
Still, based on other Riso model numbers, I'd guess that the RP3700 drums might be physically wider than drums for the RP3105. Check the print area specs of the RP3105 first though to make sure I'm not full of crap, though. If that machine can print 11" X 17" with the drum that is in the machine, I am mistaken, sorry.
On a lighter note, you might want to try here for Riso help:
