Relevant Electrical Components, Units, and Options - MFP Control Board (PWB-MFP)

Try to reset it. If it is still showing up, you should try a new firmware version. If it is not working with a new firmware, you should check all the connection to the MFP Control Board. In the worst case scenario, you should change the board. I hope a reset will do the job :)

where to find "MFP Control Board" on my bizhub c252

You'll find PWB MFP in the back of the machine. It's the big board with all the outside connectors on it.
A new firmware you'll find on any KM site.

I can´t find C252 MFP controller firmware on any site.

You can find the the firmware on Konica's website under the service tab.

You can reset the machine not only the MFP board. To reset the copier, shut it down from the main power off button, keep the Utility/Counter button pressed and power it on. Keep the Utility/Counter down until the Trouble/Reset button shows up on the touch screen. Press it and power off and on the machine.

I try shut it down and then press (and hold) Utility/Counter button, but nothing.
Once again please send me exact adress where can i find new firmware, because I can´t find it myself on any site.

My service tehnician tell me that I must reset imaging unit to resolve this problem, but didn´t tell me how to do this?
Any manual?

The code has nothing to do with the imaging units. How many copies the machine did?

you need a device to reset it. anyway, you don't really need it. from copier software, you can tell it to go further even if the life on the IU has ended.

I have reseated all connectors on MFP board, updated firmware, and reformatted HDD. Still have errors every few days, any suggestions? :mad:
