MX-B402 ADF

Does anyone know who builds this ADF? It is not a Sharp product. I am looking for an alternate source for the hinges. The Sharp hinges are way too expensive.

No idea who builds it, but I believe we just buy the whole DF because it is not that much more expensive. Of course, I do not do the ordering but that is what I have heard.

Not a 100% sure but believe Okidata is who makes them.

You can only order the frame, cover, lid, hinges and "mechanic guts" on that model. Not a single servicable part in the mechanical section. Having replaced a few, it is not fun and whomever designed the hinge system on the top cover should be beaten with a bag of oranges.
