Hello all,

I've been having a problem for a few years now... I'm fairly started at some point back when we upgraded PCs to Windows 7 and started using a newer printer driver. Any time we want to print a PDF, it takes FOREVER.

I've tried every single printer driver I could find on Konica's site.
I've tried setting the default function of the machine to "printer"

Based on other research I've done on this forum it looks like a way to potentially solve the problem is to upgrade firmware. The problem is that I don't think I have access to download new firmware or even see if new versions exist.

I'm currently running:
MSC: 4040-0100-G30-80-002
Printer: 4040-0050-G00-04-000
ADF: 4344-24G1-01-00

Can someone tell me if there is newer firmware? If so, could I have it along with instructions on how to install?

That is the most up to date firmware.

Now you've updated to Win 7 have you thought about upgrading the C250!? Very old slow machine.

Agreed, copier tech. Although, PDFs are funny (hahaha!... no, no, not that kind of funny). biz250 ought not necessarily choke on PDF just because it's a PDF.

What sort of PDF are we talking about? Details, details, I crave details.
