I have a machine in the field that is having problems sending faxes to certain out of state numbers. I have verified there is nothing wrong on the receiving end and that the number/numbers are correct however it is saying "Connection Error 00CA" when trying to send the fax to these certain numbers. There was a bulletin on changing a switch setting on the copier and I have went in and done that but it did not resolve my issue. Anyone else ran into this or know of a fix?
