can anyone shed some light please. we have put g00 07 engine firmware. through service mode then download firmware key. then installed g0-37 for scanning. everything was fine. 2 days later the customer called it wont come on. when switching on the universe pic comes up then says prefix with aload of numbers. If I could get it to normal screen maybe I could try something in service mode? Any ideas fellow copier jedi.s
