What else is on the circuit?
You do know that Konica recommends an isolated circuit of 15A.
Could also be a weak breaker in the building.

Take it a step further. Put on your power quality analyzer and watch what happens. The documentation is hard to argue with. =^..^=

Thanks guys.

No, I didn't but good to know and I will forward that to the customer.

There are obviously several reasons why this can happen but I just wanted to know if you guys have experience that this kind of problem sometimes is caused by the machine and not so much the mains circuit.

Sorry if my original question was not so clear on that.

disable sleep mode by enabling sleep choice in service mode and only have it go into low power mode.

coincidently this is still also the fix for many current screwy E series issues such as phantom slider over-run errors at random after awaking from sleep mode etc.
