Our last shipment had (all) 5 fusers popping 3451 codes.

Anybody else??

not lucky enough to get whole units. I have to rebuild everything. I can say that my quality is at 100%. No codes.

That is nuts !!

We had many 200-350 units that lasted a long, long time.

I do think they have improved the latest mono 3 series and 36/42 replacement fusers......the originals developed lines WAY early.

Hope you can get it sorted out.

Our 3 series are not lasting long. KM basically just gives them to us for free now after warranty claims.
