Can anyone tell me where to change the default time out value for users logged in to their Account Track? The default is one minute. It might be a machine only setting, not finding anything in the web interface, but not sure. Thanks for the assist.

Not sure if this will help, but reset times are modified through Admin/System/Reset. From here you can control how soon the MFP returns to the default screen. Under user authentication/account track settings there is a ticket hold time set for 1 min. Not sure if this will extend the time but cant hurt to test. Emujo
