i am getting j72-11 code, only when i feed A3 paper, A4 will run all day no issues but when i try to feed A3 from either Tray 1 or Tray 2 the paper jams.
The jam is just as paper is entering the main body of the fns, comes thou the conveyance section and then the paper bunches up just where the punch kit would fit
