Hello.

I have a problem with a KM bizhub C352 and the issue is that the machine reboot very often even when I plugged out the network cable.
I have change the DIMM, uppdate the firmware, done a NVRAM recovery but no use.
The next step is to change the mainboard but I can´t order here cause is out of stock.

Hope anybody can help me with this issue..

hi,,, try to conect only one pc with it (means to say your laptop o pc only).. may be a virus .. coz its already happend to one of our client. secondly did you tired to format the hdd and reinstall the firmware. hope for the best...

You can also try to take out the HDD (hard disk drive)from the loop by disconnecting it, I believe it's located in the rear of the mfp, Go into service mode, disable the hdd in system 2, then cycle the power. If the mfp stays online with the ehternet cable installed, it may be a corrupted hdd. Had that on a C364 of booting itself, hanging, then rebooting. The mfp will not scan/fax without a hdd, just so you know, but should still print/copy.

I agree with the HDD isolation. Also, you can get the boards refurb at Hytech. Google it for info.
