Bizhub 750 paper jam when i use drawer 2,3 and 4.Drawer 1 and bypass are ok. The papers are jamed in the lateral.How i see, the motor who turn the paper feed ax is not turning, but it should appear a code or something...Is there anybody who know this problem ?

I am, and surely others, are quite confused by your description of the problem. Jam codes would be helpful as well as replacing the word "lateral" because the machine does not move laterally. Is it the horizontal transport that you are seeing the jam? -

Sorry...The codes are > 1704 when i pull the paper from the 2 drawer, 1705 when i pull from the 3 drawer and 1706 when i pull from the 4 drawer. The jams are on the vertical transport and the paper do not pass the PS36.Comment
